RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS 

Online Purchases:

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included.  All Soldi Sporchi access merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, debit, Paypal e.t.c ) will require a handling & processing fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from the amount refunded. Exchange swaps will be process based on merchandise dollar value differences. All items are shipped either via Fedex or USPS. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered without signature and will not refund or ship out another one in case your package is stolen or missing after it is delivered. You must monitor and track your package.

Please follow the return instructions. You must return your items to the address below within 20 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
